Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by OJTrans (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

• "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to both members and non-members who use the Company's services.
• "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, who can continuously receive information from the Company and use the services provided by the Company.
• "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Company's services without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These terms and conditions shall be effective for all users who wish to use the service.

2. The Company may modify these terms and conditions when necessary, and the modified terms shall become effective when posted on the website.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Company provides the following services:

• Exhibition Services
• Translation and Interpretation Services
• Tour Services
• All other services that the Company may add or provide to users through partnership agreements

Article 5 (Formation of Service Use Agreement)

1. The service use agreement is formed when the Company accepts the user's application for service use.

2. The application for service use is made by the user entering the information required by the Company for service use and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Service Use Restrictions)

The Company may restrict service use when a user falls under any of the following:

• When false information is registered during membership application
• When interfering with other people's service use or stealing their information
• When using the service to perform acts prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals

Article 7 (Company's Obligations)

The Company has the following obligations:

• Establishment and maintenance of systems for stable service provision
• Protection of users' personal information
• Prompt handling of user complaints related to service use

Article 8 (User's Obligations)

Users have the following obligations:

• Truthful completion of membership application forms
• Accurate provision of information required for Company service use
• Compliance with relevant laws and these terms and conditions when using services

Article 9 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend service provision in any of the following cases:

• System inspection, maintenance, replacement, etc.
• When telecommunications service is suspended by a telecommunications business operator as prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act
• Other cases of force majeure

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. In the event of a lawsuit arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters location shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
